Commercial Design

A few samples of commercial projects I was a part of from start to finish. The long process of transforming a larger space has so many ups and downs, but sticking with the original dream of the design will bring it all together in the end.

Tete Charcuterie

A full restaurant build out from an abandoned warehouse to a lovely restaurant on Randolph St.

Project role: Site Visits, Schematic Designs, Design Development, Presentation Preparation, 3D studies, Construction Documents, Communication with GC and final design finish selections.

Church Cafe

Creating a new space for people to purchase coffee and pastries on the weekends and an area for small gatherings and meet ups

Phase 1 was completed 2018

Project role: Site Visits, Schematic Designs, Design Development, 3D studies, kitchen details, communication with GC and all FF&E selections

Thesis Project

A fully renovated New Life Community Church location within an otherwise abandoned, rundown cathedral.

This was my senior thesis project. I threw everything I had into this work. Every aspect was well thought through, materials were specifically chosen for their final use and all the models and renderings were made to show the potential of this old space revitalized.
